A practical AI adoption plan, tailored to your sector
Vibe Consult is the AI adoption strategy product from the AI Accelerator Hub, an Algonquin College Applied Research initiative in Ottawa. It is built around a rapid engagement model: recommendations arrive in weeks rather than the months a conventional consulting engagement takes, because the research and the first draft of the strategy are produced by an AI pipeline rather than by hand.
The recommendations are tailored to the sector an organization operates in and to the organization itself. They are grounded in a custom cross-sectoral AI adoption knowledge base the Hub maintains, so the advice reflects what adoption has actually looked like elsewhere rather than only what a model can generalise.
A real person reviews every output before it reaches you. That review is the point of the product, not a disclaimer attached to it: the AI does the research, the drafting and the summarizing, and the team decides what is fit to send.

What Vibe Consult looks like
The client portal opens on organization context and assessment status, so a visitor can see what has already been processed and start a new intake when they are ready.
Submission details
Once an assessment has been processed, submission details show the timeline, status and the organization info the pipeline used.
Intake
New work starts with Basic Info: organization name, industry, size, website, address and revenue, so the AI pipeline can tailor recommendations to that organization.
How it works
Agents that research, then people who decide
Research, strategy and technical agents do the legwork. The research agents gather the material, Tavily verifies their sources and citations, and the findings are stored so the strategy that follows can be traced back to what was actually found. Claude Sonnet drafts the recommendations and the summaries from that evidence base.
Human review is wired into the pipeline itself rather than bolted on at the end. The production run pauses at human-in-the-loop gates in Slack, where a member of the team approves, corrects or sends work back before the pipeline continues.

Technology
Built on enterprise-grade AWS
AWS Bedrock provides the managed foundation models that power the reasoning, and Claude Sonnet drafts the recommendations and summaries. API Gateway routes requests into the agent pipeline, AWS Lambda runs the serverless functions that carry it out, DynamoDB stores the agents' research data and findings, and Tavily verifies the sources and citations behind them.
